The presentation from Software Outsourcing Summit 2003 includes two parts. The first part considers software from a legal point of view. It depicts main legal particularities of the accrual of rights to software, transfer of rights to use such software, structure and significant conditions of various types of concluded software agreements. The second part deals with possible schemes of setting up a business connected with the development of and transfer of rights to software and with international outsourcing.
