SECON Association unites software companies that are interested in strengthening and developing the software development industry in the Penza region. The association is named after the SECON conference, the main and most significant event in the city’s IT community. Today the Association is represented by 9 companies: CodeInside, BIT.GAMES, Okdesk, “My Business”, MNPC “Rosoperator”, “Tortuga”, FunCorp, VIGROM, “Reliable Systems”.
SECON Association was formed in 2012. A number of Penza IT-companies united to jointly solve common tasks, primarily related to improving the professional level of local IT-specialists. The association was named after the SECON conference, the main and most important event in the city’s IT community.
On March 2, 2017, the Association was granted official legal status. On June 29, 2018, the SECON Association trademark was officially registered.
