第二十一届中国国际软件合作洽谈会在蓉举行 项目集中签约近70亿元

As the foundation of digital economic development, software is not only the main support for the development of new-quality productivity, but also a key factor in the construction of a manufacturing powerhouse, a network powerhouse, and a digital China. Zhang Li, president of the China Institute of Electronic Information Industry Development, said at the theme conference that in recent years, China’s software industry has developed rapidly, and the role of software empowerment, value and intelligence has been further played. It is expected that in 2023, China’s software business revenue is expected to reach about 12 trillion yuan.
软件作为数字经济发展的基础，既是发展新质生产力的主要依托，也是制造强国、网络强国、数字中国建设的关键因素。中国电子信息产业发展研究院院长张立在主题大会上表示，近年来，中国软件产业快速发展，软件赋能、赋值、赋智作用进一步发挥，预计2023年，中国软件业务收入有望达到约12万亿元。
As one of China’s famous software cities, Chengdu continues to develop its software industry. On January 9th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China announced the results of the evaluation of China’s software famous cities in 2023, and Chengdu ranked first in central and western China. From January to November 2023, the main business revenue of Chengdu’s software industry was 616.43 billion yuan, an increase of 14.6% year-on-year. In the same year, there were 26 newly signed projects in Chengdu’s software industry, with a total investment of about 36.5 billion yuan.
作为中国软件名城之一，成都持续发力软件产业。1月9日，中国工信部公布了2023年中国软件名城评估结果，成都位居中国中西部首位。2023年1月至11月，成都软件产业主营业务收入6164.3亿元，同比增长14.6%。同年，成都软件产业新签约项目26个，总投资约365亿元。
In order to further promote the development of the software industry, Chengdu has issued the «Chengdu Software and Information Service Cluster Cultivation and Upgrading Action Plan (2023-2025)», which proposes to strive to exceed 1 trillion yuan in revenue from the main business of Chengdu’s software industry by 2025.
为进一步推动软件产业发展，成都市印发了《成都市软件和信息服务集群培育提升行动方案(2023—2025)》，提出力争到2025年，成都软件产业主营业务收入突破1万亿元。
The rapid development of Chengdu’s software industry has attracted the attention of Valentin Makarov, president of RUSSOFT, the Russian Software Industry Association. «Chengdu is a modern and developed city. We hope to cooperate with Chengdu and surrounding cities to develop some projects and find strategic partners», – Valentin Makarov said in an interview. Taking the opportunity to participate in this year’s conference, Valentin Makarov brought the cooperation needs of the Russian software industry to Chengdu. «The two countries have broad prospects for cooperation in the field of software, and hope to expand cooperation in artificial intelligence, network entity system development, CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM technology, quantum communications, 6G technology, and digital financial assets».
成都软件产业的快速发展，吸引了俄罗斯软件行业协会主席瓦伦汀·马卡洛夫的关注。“成都是一座现代的、发达的城市，我们希望与成都以及周边城市合作开发一些项目，找到战略合作伙伴。”瓦伦汀·马卡洛夫接受采访时表示。借参加本届软洽会之机，瓦伦汀·马卡洛夫把俄罗斯软件产业的合作需求带到成都，“两国在软件领域合作前景广阔，希望扩展在人工智能、网络实体系统开发、CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM技术、量子通信、6G技术以及数字金融资产等领域的合作。”他表示。
Talking about the development of Sichuan’s software industry, the relevant person in charge of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology introduced that in the future, it will adhere to demand-oriented, enrich application scenarios, support the development of various characteristic application software, and at the same time improve the self-sufficiency of key software products such as basic software and industrial software; give full play to the empowerment of various cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, on the software industry; encourage colleges, enterprises, software practitioners and enthusiasts to participate in the construction of software open source communities, nurturing open technology, talents and industrial ecology.
谈及四川软件产业发展，四川省经济和信息化厅相关负责人介绍，未来将坚持以需求为导向，丰富应用场景，支持各类特色应用软件发展，同时提高基础软件、工业软件等关键软件产品的自给能力；发挥包括人工智能在内的各类前沿技术对软件产业的赋能作用；鼓励院校、企业、软件从业人员和爱好者参与软件开源社区建设，孕育开放的技术、人才与产业生态。
