Strategic partners

The Representative Office was established in order to comprehensively deepen economic, trade, scientific, cultural, educational and information relations of the Kaliningrad region, as well as the implementation of the regional and intergovernmental agreements that have been reached.

Saint Petersburg City Administration is the superior executive body of Saint Petersburg also known as the Government of Saint Petersburg. The head of the administration is the Governor of Saint Petersburg.
Saint Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics (ITMO University) – national research university, the leading higher education provider in the area of information and photon technologies. Alma Mater of the winners of the international programming championships: ACM ICPC (the only sevenfold champion in the world), Google Code Jam, Facebook Hacker Cup, Yandex.Algorithm, Russian Code Cup, Topcoder Open and others. Priority topics: IT, photonics, robototronics, quantum communications, translational medicine, urban studies, Art&Science.
Electronics Developers and Manufacturers Association (EDMA) is a non-profit association of members of the Russian electronics industry, established in 2017.
The goal is to revive and develop the Russian electronics industry by coordinating the activities of private companies and the state, strengthening industry cooperation, conducting career guidance activities among young professionals, further increasing export potential and entering global markets.
Technopark of ITMO University — a synergetic process of interaction between educational institutions, research institutions and commercial enterprises engaged in the commercialization of scientific achievements and development.
Technopark’s objectives:
Development of physical, telecommunications and information infrastructure of Technopark.
Enhancing the prestige of the university and its research capabilities.

Russian Export Center JSC (REC) is a State-owned development institute established by the Government to support the development of the non-commodity exports industry/sector. REC offers a wide range of financial and non-financial support tools to benefit the Russian exporters to explore the foreign markets and build capacity in the global trade.
REC also acts as a focal point for interaction with the relevant domestic ministries and agencies and cooperates with key industries and business players in Russia to improve the export conditions in Russia and help bypass trade barriers. REC belongs to the group of Vnesheconombank (VEB).
REC offers its services to all the exporters of non-commodities’ products, goods and services with no industry restrictions. REC aims at providing the exporting companies with continuous support from the proposal and planning phase all the way to the successful completion of the export contract and implementation and beyond – including the e-commerce channels.

NASSCOM is a not-for-profit industry association. Established in 1988, today NASSCOM is the apex body for the 154-billion-dollar IT BPM industry in India, an industry that has made a phenomenal contribution to India's GDP, exports, employment, infrastructure and global visibility. NASSCOM includes more than 2200 members and spearheads initiatives at local, national and global levels. The association implements targeted programs, researches, events, industry initiatives.
