Technology aids HR in creating contender’s psycho-portrait

20 June 2019

A Moscow-based company called MindScore has come up with a new service that enables one’s psychological assessment and helps HR and marketing staff in their work.

The technology assists in developing what the company calls “a person’s psycho-portrait” for employers to pick, hire and manage personnel. Other applications may cover banking, including bad loan retrieval and potential borrower assessment.

The solution is based on the analysis of the multitude of data, including digital footprints (social networks activity, emotional triggers, geolocation positions, telematics data, entrepreneurial activity, creditworthiness, etc.) and a personal profile (traits of character, motives and inner incentives, personal modus operandi, loan repayment discipline, professional aptitude, psychological profile, etc.).
