MERA Confirms Compliance of its Quality Management System with ISO 9001:2015 Requirements

MERA announced to have successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit, confirming that MERA’s QMS fully meets all the standard requirements. This was the first surveillance visit following the company’s transition to the latest version of the ISO 9001 standard in June 2018. The certificate is valid through 2021, but to be confirmed every year.

Being ISO 9001 certified since the early 2000s, MERA has continually improved its quality management to boost the level of the services provided and increase customer satisfaction. As in previous years, the assessment was performed by BSI Group Lead Auditors. The inspection took a full workweek and encompassed four randomly selected software development projects. The audit also covered learning and training processes at MERA. Additionally, the BSI representatives examined the engagement of administrative departments.

In the report submitted by BSI upon successful completion of the audit, BSI Group Lead Auditors emphasized MERA’s strong customer focus, maturity and efficiency of the QMS processes, competence and involvement of the staff. The surveillance audit did not identify any non-conformities in MERA’s Quality Management System and confirmed its full compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
