Main objectives:

• Assistance to influence the development of legal, economic and social policy by representative and executive bodies of state power in Voronezh region that meets the professional interests of Association members, and assistance in its effective implementation
• Opposing monopoly and unfair competition in the sphere of information and communications technologies
• assisting the development of companies operating in Voronezh Oblast in the field of information and communication technologies, building civilized market relations
• Assisting in creating favorable financial and economic conditions for Association members
• representing the interests of Association members in regional and international organizations
• Coordination of business activities of its members, representation and protection of their common property interests.

If by members’ decision the Association is entrusted with entrepreneurial activity, the Association shall be transformed into an economic society or partnership in the manner prescribed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or may establish an economic society for entrepreneurial activity or participate in such a society.
