Our entry to the market took place in 1999, when the development was carried out within the scientific laboratory of LONIIS, long before the foundation of the independent company STC ARGUS. During this time we have done serious work and gained great experience in developing and improving OSS/BSS class software for telecommunications companies. Our work cycle includes all stages of product creation, from pre-project research to implementation and training of key users, all for the successful development of your business.

In addition to its core business, ARGUS contributes to science and education: the company’s employees conduct active research, teach at universities and specialized commercial institutions.
