Scientific and Technical “NEXT TECHNICS” was founded in 2002. The main activity is the development and implementation of specialized software for the automation of call centers (CDC), single duty dispatch services (EDDS) of municipalities, emergency response and rescue services (DDS) within the framework of the system-112 and APS “Safe City” in the Russian Federation.
