RUSSOFT presents the results of the 22nd Annual Survey (2025) of Russian Software Development Industry. The RUSSOFT study is published with the support of APKIT.

This year, we have managed to further expand the range of respondents, bringing the number of participants in the study to 380 companies, which proves the objectivity of its conclusions and allows us to draw conclusions about the state of the industry with even greater confidence. The geography of the respondents reflects the entire scale of our multinational country – 130 cities and 71 federal subjects. These are 64,000 people working in software companies with a combined turnover of ₽332 billion, contributing to maintaining Russia’s technological sovereignty.
