The committee’s goal:

To unite committee members for the digital transformation of retail and e‑commerce — through joint IT projects, developing a unified development trajectory and promotion of solutions with retailers, and building a dialogue with regulators.

The committee’s tasks:

• To organize regular interaction with retailers to collect their real needs and priorities regarding digital transformation
• To develop and implement a methodology for evaluating digital transformation cases and a solution quality standard
• Developing RUSSOFT’s position on issues related to the technological sovereignty of retail, import substitution of IT solutions, and improving the industry’s regulatory framework
• Creating a unified register of IT solutions and a database of reference cases (including based on Retail Tech Map)
• Building a sustainable channel of interaction with regulators (Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Digital Development, ICC “Trade”) and participating in the development of industry standards
