Center for Industry 4.0 to be Created in Russia

A memorandum was signed on the establishment of the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, where projects in the field of EPR, AI, and the IoT will be deployed

On the Russian side, the document was signed by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, on the side of the World Economic Forum (WEF) – by the President of the Forum, Börge Brende. Some of the projects will be launched this year. In particular, it is planned to develop projects in the field of unmanned vehicles, medicine, and data processing.

According to Chernyshenko, the center will be created on the basis of ANO Digital Economy. It will start working on October 15th. Its key tasks for the next two months will be the formation of an executive committee and the preparation of a work plan for 2022.
