Russian companies Artezio, Auriga, First Line Software, ICL Services, Reksoft and SimbirSoft are among the 100 best outsourcing companies in the world according to IAOP® – 2021 Global Outsourcing 100®. All of them are active members of the RUSSOFT Association.

Auriga has been regularly representing Russia in the Global Outsourcing 100® list since its invention in 2008. Artezio, First Line Software and Reksoft can also be considered old-timers. Five years ago ICL Services from Kazan became a newcomer to this rating. Before this, the company was considered a new Russian contender for getting into the Top-100 service providers globally, and the company met expectations. In 2019, the representation of Russian companies increased thanks to SimbirSoft from Ulyanovsk.

The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP®) has listed the 100 best outsourcing companies globally for 15 consecutive years. To be named on the list, the elected expert jury evaluates companies according to several criteria: size and growth, customer references, awards and certifications, programs for innovation, corporate social responsibility.
About ten years ago, there were several similar ratings to look for while searching for a reliable outsourcing partner. Nowadays, IAOP® Global Outsourcing 100® remains the only one that rigorously identifies the best software development outsourcing companies worldwide.

Russia’s representation in this rating in recent years has been gradually increasing over the past decade. Such a large number of Russian companies in the Global Outsourcing 100®, according to experts, indicates that Russian companies have supplemented the understanding of market requirements and business skills to the highest technical level of engineers. While some companies fall out of the top hundred winners and the leaders in individual nominations eventually, they are replaced by others.
