Accredited IT companies will be able to get a preferential loan at a rate of 3%, provided that companies maintain at least 85% of the average number of employees as of March 1, 2022.

According to the government decree, companies will also have to provide annual indexation of salaries at the rates of inflation, and will not be able to declare and pay dividends while the contract is in force.

Loans will be provided for the development, implementation and purchase of Russian products, services and platform solutions in the IT field.
