The Chamber for Indo-Russo Technology Collaboration (CIRTC) has announced Mr. Hasan Yaqoob as the President of its Uttar Pradesh Chapter. Mr.Yaqoob is skilled corporate affairs professional, who brings deep knowledge in business and tech fields. His leadership aims to spark growth and fresh ideas for the chamber.
Mr. Yaqoob has an impressive professional background. He has served as advisor to the District Administration & Disaster Management Authority in Lucknow, chairman of the E-commerce & Logistics Council Uttar Pradesh, member of the Artificial Intelligence Committee and Government of Uttar Pradesh, chairman of ASSOCHAM Development Council Uttar Pradesh and former Convenor at Uttar Pradesh for the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI).
Mr. Yaqoob’s new role as President of the UP Chapter marks a big step for CIRTC. His experience with big names like Vodafone Idea, Walmart’s Flipkart, Reliance Industries, Reliance Communications, Tikona Digital and various Ministry of HRD projects shows his big influence in tech integration and business excellence. His know-how in cyber-crime law and impactful writings further cement his good name.
CIRTC believes President Yaqoob’s leadership will boost the chamber’s work to promote Indo-Russian technology partnership and spark new ideas.

The Chamber runs RISING, its main project, which partners with the Russian Association of Software Companies (RUSSOFT) and the Technology Sovereignty Exports Association of Russia (TSEA) on the global stage.
