Meeting of RUSSOFT representatives with the Ambassador of India to the Russian Federation

On 6 of June, during the annual St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) RUSSOFT held a meeting with Dr Venkatesh Varma, the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of India in Russia, during which the participants had discussed concrete steps for cooperation and development of joint projects.

On the Russian side, the meeting was attended by Valentin Makarov, the President of the RUSSOFT Association, Yaroslav Romashko, RUSSOFT’s development director, Vadim Kokotkov, VP of Bee Pitron Group, and Arthur Gleim, CEO of QuantTelecom. 

On Indian side: Dr Venkatesh Varma, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of India in Russia, Mrs Vrindaba Gohil, the head of the Economic and Commercial Section of the Indian Embassy in Moscow, Aseem Vohra, Deputy head of the Economic and Commercial Section of the Indian Embassy in Moscow,

George Thomas, Deputy head of the Economic and Commercial Section of the Indian Embassy in Moscow,

Siddharth Bhatia, Vice President at Invest India, Zeinab Azimova, the Secretary of the Public Relations Ambassador. 

During the meeting, the parties discussed the course and the prospects for cooperation between RUSSOFT and NASSCOM and the transferability of Russian experiences to India.

Cooperation in all areas will be continued within the upcoming visit of the RUSSOFT President Valentin Makarov to India. RUSSOFT participation in the Second Russian-Indian Strategy Dialogue is already scheduled.
